"...Your life is an occasion, rise to it!"

Hello everyone,

Last night I was watching a movie called Mr Magorium's Magic Emporium. I don't know if any of you have ever seen this movie, but it's a really cute movie mainly for kids. Anyway, the main character owns this toy store where everything is magic. All the stuffed animals come to life and airplanes fly by themselves etc. you get the pic. Mr Magorium is about to die and he's letting his assistant know that he wants her to carry on his legacy and run the store for him. She has no faith in herself and doesn't think she can do it. Right before Mr Magorium passes he looks at her and says "...your life is and occasion, rise to it." Wow! That hit me like a ton of bricks. What an awesome thing to say to someone. I never knew such profound words could be found in a kids movie. That just got me thinking about what our purpose is in life. Everyone of us has a purpose and my encouragement for all of you today is if you are unhappy with where you are, don't stay there and live an unhappy life. Find your purpose and rise to it! Make a difference!
